He is very instrumental in promoting Lamo industries as one of the leading Surge arrester manufacturers in India. Mr. Prasada Rao also established a proprietary company M/s. ELFAB Industries in 1975 manufactured electronic peripherals, radar and security X-ray equipment, ancillary items to ECIL and Mahindra Nissan Limited. He travelled abroad to U.S.A., Europe and far East countries for exploration, absorption and was very instrumental in implementation of the latest state of art technology in the manufacturing process of Lightning arresters.
Mr. S. Kartik handles operations at Lamco industries. He has Masters of Science in Entrepreneurship/ Entrepreneurial from the University of Surrey and holds MBA from Cardiff university. Has worked extensively across various industries and multiple positions as CEO to Business development manager in UK and India.
